Shipping & Refunds

Shipping Prices:

We offer free shipping in the U.S. on all orders and pay for half the shipping for international orders!

Invalid Address's:
If a product is sent to an invalid, or incorrect address, USPS will typically return the item. When the product is returned, the customer is entitled to a refund on the product minus the shipping cost if requested within the first 30 days. Anytime past that refunds are not possible.

If you request an address change mid transit typically, we can reroute the package free! Please contact us

Canceling Orders:

If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, we ask that you reach out to us. If your product has already shipped prior to a cancellation request or order change request we ask that you return the package.

We ask that you contact us within the first hour of canceling a package. After that hour has passed, you are no longer entitled to a refund if the package has been shipped out.

Product Defects:

While rare sometimes product defects do happen. All normal items are non-refundable, however, if you receive a defective product upon delivery, a replacement or refund will be sent upon request! 

International VAT or Import Taxes:
All international customers are expected to pay their import duties or VAT. We are not responsible, nor can we pay import taxes on your behalf. 

We are not liable for late shipping times if customs hold your package due to unpaid import fees or taxes.

Old Unresolved Shipments:
We are no longer responsible for in transit, rerouted, or any package failed to delivered after 40 days. If your package was lost, never scanned in, lost by USPS, or sent back to us it is your obligation to email us within 40 days so we can fix the issue. ALL ORDERS older than 40 days that have unresolved shipping are not entitled to a refund but you are still more than welcome to email us.

Shipping Obligations & Shipping Issues:

We are not be responsible for what happens to shipments once they leave our facility. Those shipments then become the responsibility of the carrier and the customer. We pass the items off to a third-party logistics carrier, that being USPS or Ascendia. We can't be accountable for the mistakes or errors of a third party.

For this reason, we offer shipping protection. This will help to cover any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If any of those things occur, the insurance will be able to either refund you or place a new order on your behalf.

If shipping insurance is opted out of, we, unfortunately, can't do anything to further assist you.
